摘要
综合论述了力学性能测试技术与工业生产、科学技术互为依赖、相互促进的紧密关系及当前力学性能测试技术发展状况。
The interdependent and inter promotive intimate relationship between the industrial production,scientific research and the measuting technique of meohanical behaviour was discussed in this paper.The progressive condition of the measuring technique for mechanical behaviour was explained in the paper also.
