碳素纤维人工腱植入骨内的电镜观察 被引量:7

摘要 碳素纤维作为人工肌腱植入家兔骨内,进行电镜观察,发现碳腱对骨的生长影响甚微,但不能与骨牢固结合,与周围胶原纤维、组织细胞和骨细胞生物相容性好。认为不宜作为肌腱代用品,仅以生物源作为新生组织支架,靠胶原纤维等组织包绕长入形成永久肌腱。其最终命运是逐渐降解、碎裂、被巨噬细胞吞噬、吸收。 An electron-microscope investigation on artificial carbon-fibre tendon implanted into bone of rabbit was performed.It was found that carbon-fibre had few effect on osteanagenesis. But it couldn't be combined with bone,though it had good histocompatibility with collagenous fibre,other tissues and bone cells.Therefore,authors consider that tendon can not be replaced by carbon-fibre which is only a support for the new growing tissues as biogenesis.When collagenous fibres wrap and grow into bone and form new tendon-like tissues forever,carbon-fibre is separated into pieces,then phagocytosed by phagocyte eventually.
