摘要
讨论 GB8052—87中的单水平方案 CSP-2和多水平方案 CSP-T 关于平均检出质量上限AOQL 及其相应的过程平均不合格品率 p_L 的计算,给出了精度为10^(-4)的计算方法及严格计算结果。GB8052—87中给出的 CSP-2和 CSP-T 方案的 AOQL 和 p_L 值有较大误差。
Calculation on average outgoing quality limit(AOQL)and its corre- sponding process average defective rate p_L for CSP-2 and CSP-T plans in the nation- al standard GB8052-87 is discussed.A calculation method with error tess than 10^(-4) and a list of the exact values of AOQL and p_L for CSP-2 and CSP-T plans are giv- en.Big errors are found in AOQL and p_L values from GB8052-87.
