摘要
按照GB8052-87中的有关概念和定义给出了CSP-1方案的平均检出质量上限AOQL和对应于该上限的过程平均不合格品率p_L 等重要指标的严格计算结果,并与国标中相应的数值进行了比较。
According to the conceptions and definitions of the average outgoing quality limit(AOQL)and its corresponding process average defective rate p_L in the national standard GBS052—87,a list of exact values of AOQL and p_L for CSP-1 comtinuous sampling approach is given.For comparing,both the calculated results and the published results in GB8052—87 are displayed in the tables.
