摘要
本文以染色体畸变(CA)试验为指标,诱变剂丝裂霉素C(MMC)为阳性对照物,研究了人参茎叶总皂甙(GNS)对小鼠遗传物质损伤的影响,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明,无论是先给动物GNS后给MMC还是GNS与MMC同时给药,均能使MMC诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞CA率明显降低,但在给予MMC之前先给动物GNS,比二者同时给药效果好。因此,作者认为GNS对遗传物质损伤具有防护作用。
In this paper, the
influence of ginsenosides from stems and leaves (GNS)on ge-netic damages induced by
mitomycin C(MMC)in vivo in the bone marrow eells of mice was stud-ic. and its mechanism was
discussed The results showed that the freauency of chromosme aber-ration induced by MMC
were reduced significantly, no matter when GNS was administered prior to MMC or
simultaneously, However,the effect was better in the former than in the latter。 These
results indicate that GNS may protect the genetic materials from damage caused by
mutagens。
