叶枯灵对稻田水生物毒性及水环境污染

摘要 试验结果证明:叶枯灵对鲤、鲫、草鱼及蝌蚪和水(氵蚤)的96小时LC_(50)值分别为361、309、247、231、213ppm,按室内和田间安全性预评价的毒性分级标准:都为低毒级,安全浓度为21.3ppm;每公顷稻田施用6.0kg25%叶枯灵可湿性粉后,对水体的9项理化指标影响很小;在田水中消解迅速,用药后3天、5天的消解率达68.5%、98.3%,半衰期约为1.3天。 This paper reports some results of experiments about influence of YeKuLin,a new pesticide, on the aquatic beings in paddy-field and the chemical character of aquatic environment. The LC60 of 96 hours is 361, 309, 247, 231 and 213 mg/kg to the Cryprinus cartio L., the Carassius cuvidri T. et al, the Ctenophoryngodon idllus C. et al, the tadpole and the D. carinoia respectively. It belongs to low toxic peasticide according to the safe standard of toxicity in laboratory and paddy-field. The NOEL (No-Observable-Effect Level) is 21.3 mg/kg. Effects of YeKuLin on the 9 physical-chemical characters of water body are light when it is used at 15000g. a. i. per hectere (25% YeKuLin W. P.) . The ressults also showed that degration of YeKuLin in field-water is fast. About 68.5%. 98.3% of the pestiicide was degraded in 3rd and 5th days respectively after application. The HL50 (Halflife) in water of the paddy is 1.3 days.
