摘要
用苏州产裂隙灯对一只猕猴双眼黄斑周围视网膜共8个部位进行随机持续光照。视网膜辐照度226.8mWcm^2。照射时问分别为105,150分钟。通过光镜、电镜对光照后即刻至1个月的受照区视网膜观察。结果光照性视网膜病变主要表现为光感受器和RPE(视网膜色素上皮)损害,脉络膜血管扩张充血、白细胞渗出。提出裂隙灯致视网膜损伤主要是光化学反应造成,同时伴有光凝及炎症反应。并提出一种节省动物和实验时间,避免个体差异的多部位病理取材法。
Eight Paramacular sites of two eyes in a monkey were exposured to the beam of a slit-Lamp. The irridiance on retina was 226.8 mW/cm^2. The exposure time was 105 and 150 minutes, respectively. The focus regions of retina after exposure in various periods were examined by LM and EM. The cells of photoreceptor and retinal pigment epithelium were injured and a lot of leukocytes exuded from the capillaries of choriod. It is suggested that the retinal lesions were caused by photochemical and photocoagulational reactions as well as inflammation. The method of taking multiple specimens in a single eye is described in this paper. The improvements of this method are 1. saving experimental animal; 2. advoiding the vareity of susceptibility in different individual; 3. advoiding the vareity due to the processing of specimen; 4. saving time.
