摘要 目的 体外分离纯化色素兔视网膜色素上皮 (RPE)细胞。观察可见光引起的细胞凋亡和维生素C (Vc)对凋亡的影响。方法 用酶消化法分离、培养色素兔的RPE细胞 ,可见光照射造成其凋亡。观察不同剂量的Vc在不同的给药时间对细胞凋亡是否具有预防和治疗作用。结果 可见光照射可引发色素兔RPE细胞的光损伤 ,其性质为凋亡 ;Vc对这种损伤具有明确的治疗作用 ,且疗效与其剂量呈正相关。结论 可见光对色素兔RPE细胞有明显的损伤作用 ,Vc可以减少光照引起的RPE细胞的凋亡。 Objective To detach and purify the retinal pigment epithelial cells of pigment rabbits.To observe the apoptosis of RPE cells caused by visible light and the role of vitamin C to the apoptosis. Methods The RPE cells of pigment rabbits were detached and cultured in vitro by enzyme digestion.Then there was apoptosis of RPE cells caused by visible light could be seen.To observe the protection and cure role of different dosage Vc in different administration time.Results The light injuries of pigment rabbits' RPE cells could be caused by visible light.The kind of the injuries is cell apoptosis.Vc could cure this kind of injuries and the effect of its manifests a positive correlation with the dosage of Vc.Conclusions The visible light has a obvious injury to RPE cells of pigmental rabbits.The application of Vc could decrease the apoptosis of RPE cells caused by exposing to visible light.
