摘要
报告8例心搏骤停后心肺复苏期间动静脉血气分析的结果:动静脉血 pH、PaO_2、BE、HCO_3均明显降低,而 PaCO_2均明显升高。提示动静脉血均呈现混合性酸中毒及严重低氧血症。认为在复苏期间增大人工通气量的同时应进行补碱治疗,并提出开胸心脏按压的必要性。
In this paper,the authors made the examination of artery and vein blood gas after cardiopul- monary reversion in 8 cases sudden heartbeat stop.The results showed that the parameters of pH.PaO_2.BE.HCO_3 decreased markedly,but PaCO_2 increased in the blood of artery and vein.There exist the mixed acidosis and serous hypoxemia.We suggested that in the course of cardiopulmonary reversion alkali should be given while increasing the ventilation.
