摘要
采用环钻损伤兔眼浅层角膜,用绿脓杆菌感染造成损伤型绿脓杆菌性角膜炎,然后用盐酸环丙沙星滴眼液治疗,结果表明,盐酸环丙沙星滴眼液对绿脓杆菌性角膜炎有明显的治疗作用,2d 治愈,同时可有效地预防角膜溃疡的形成。
An animal model for pseudomonas aeruginosa keratitis was established by injuring the superfical corneal of rabbit eyeswith a trephine,and the infected with pseudomonas aeruginosa treatment of this experimental keratitis with ocustillaeciprofloxacini hydrochloridi showed an obvious therapeutic effect,which could also effectively prevent the formation of cornealulcer.
