摘要
新形势下,政府的角色错位对社会中介组织的发展产生了种种危害。为了进一步促进社会中介组织的蓬勃发展,各级政府部门有必要对自身的角色定位进行必要的、及时的自我调整,真正实现从“运动员”到“裁判员”的角色转变。
During the different development periods of the Society Medi-organization, the government has changed its role three times successively. Under the new situation the government's improper role has done a lot of harm to the Society Medi - organization. In order to accelerate the development of the Society Medi-organization, the government departments at all levels must adjust their role orientation duly and necessarily so as to change their roles from 'athlete' to 'referee' really.
