摘要
当组织原先角色平衡被打破时,就要求组织进行内、外的角色调整来建立起新的组织角色平衡。新个体实际角色扮演是在组织期望角色、个体期望角色和员工间期望角色的三者基础上形成的角色互动。了解个体实际扮演角色有利于保障组织的有效运转,增强组织的社会角色扮演能力。
When the organization original role balance is broken,the internal and external organization role adjustment is required in order to establish a new organizational role balance.The new individual actual role performance is the interaction among the expectation of organizational role,individual role and mutual expectation of the staff.Understanding the new actual role performance can guarantee the effective function of organization and enhance the ability to play the social role.
