摘要
深化高校师资管理改革 ,建立与社会主义市场经济体制和高等教育改革发展相适应的师资管理模式 ,其关键是构建科学有效的师资管理运行机制 ,这一机制的构建主要包括 :引入竞争机制 ;完善考评机制 ;强化激励机制 ;运用反馈调控机制 ;建立教师资源共享与有效开发利用机制。
The critical work to deepen the reform in the field of teachers management of higher educational institutions and to establish a new management mode in agreement with the socialist market economy system and the reform in higher educational institutions falls on constructing a scientific and efficient running mechanism of teachers management,the work of which mainly includes:introducing a competition system;improving the evaluation system;strengthening the stimulating system;managing the feedback control system and setting up a system of sharing and developing teachers resources.
