摘要
目的 :探讨 CD3AK细胞与 IL- 2联用对癌性胸腹腔积液的治疗效果。方法 :将 2 4例癌性胸腹腔积液患者分为两组 ,研究组 12例 ,应用 CD3AK细胞与 IL- 2直接胸腹腔灌注 ,每周 3次 ,连续 2～ 3周 ;对照组 12例 ,单用 IL- 2灌注治疗 ,疗程同研究组。结果 :研究组与对照组的有效率分别为 6 6 .7%和 2 5 % ,两者比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;研究组的细胞免疫功能较对照组明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD3AK细胞与 IL- 2联用能有效地促进癌性胸腹腔积液的吸收 ,提高机体免疫功能 。
Objective:To probe into the therapeutic effects of CD 3 AK cells combined with IL 2 on malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion Methods:24 patients with malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion were divided into two groups,and the experimental group of 12 patients were divided by infusing pleural and peritoneal cavity directly with CD 3 AK cells/IL 2,twice a week for 2~3 weeks The control group of 12 patients were treated by infusing pleural and peritoneal cavity directly with IL 2 alone Results:The effective rates were 66 7% in the experimental group,25% in the control group (in comprison with the experimental group,P<0 01),and the cellular immune function of the experimental group enhanced remarkably compared with the control group (P<0 05) Conclusions:The treatment of malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion with homologous CD 3 AK and IL 2 can facititate the absorption of malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion and enhance the organic immune function Therefore,therapy by infusing pleural and peritoneal cavity directly with CD 3 AK cells and IL 2 is safe,effective and can be used in treatment of malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion
