摘要
本文应用层次分析加权法,综合评价医院工作,选择有明确意义、有较强代表性的指标,同时根据其指标意义的大小赋予不同的权重,计算综合指数。采用医院常规报表1991~1993年的数据,进行三年的工作自查、考核、评价。进而,找出综合指数上升或下降的原因,以利于改进医院管理,提高医院经济效益和社会效益。
Using the weighted hierarchical analysis as evaluation method, we have calculated the composite indexes to evaluate the work of hospital by selecting meaningful representative indexes and giving them different weights. Depending on the data of hospital routine reports from 1991 to 1993, we have examined, checked, and assessed three years' work, so that we can find out the reason why composite indexes ascend or descend, in order to imporve the hospital management and increase the social and economic benefits of hospital.
