摘要
将脂蛋白与巨噬细胞一起培养(每毫升培养液含脂蛋白甘油三酯 300μg),24h后用薄层层析法测定巨噬细胞内甘油三酯的含量。结果表明,VLDL能促进巨噬细胞内甘油三酯含量的明显增加(42.6μg TG formation/mg cell pro.,P<0.01),而VLDL和LP(a)的混合物能进一步促进细胞内甘油三酯的增加(75.7μg TG formation/mg cell pro.,P<0.01)。
Macrophages were incubated with lipoproteins (Lipoprotein triglyceride 300μg/ml medium) for 24h. The triglyceride in macrophages were detemined by thinlayer chromatograms. The result: VLDL stimulated TG formation in MPM significantly (42.6μg TG formation/mg cell pro. ,P <0. 01). The mixture of VLDL with LP(a) increased TG further accumulation(75.7μg TG formation/mg cell pro. ,P<0.01).
