摘要
用二维电泳法比较分析两种按蚊卵的蛋白质多肽图谱。结果:中华按蚊和嗜人按蚊卵分别显示多肽斑点172和160个,其中121个为两者共有斑点,中华按蚊显示49个特有斑点(占28.5%),嗜人按蚊显示38个特有斑点(占23.8%),嗜人按蚊的点A,在中华按蚊变异为点A和点B,两蚊卵平均差异为28.2%。文中还报告了两者特有斑点的等电点和分子量。
The polypeptide patterns of the eggs of Anopheles sinensis and An. anthropophagus were compared with two-dimensional electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel. The results show that there are 172 and 160 polypeptide spots in An.sinensis and An.anthropophagus,o 121 of which are common between the both eggs. There exist 49 specific spots in An.sinensis (28.5%), and 38 in An.anthropophagus (23.8%). Spot A in An.anthropophagus changed into spot A and spot B in An.sinensis. Altogether 26.2% different polypeptide spots were found. The isoelectricpoint and molecular weight of the both specitic spots were reported in this study.
