摘要
目的:检测癫痫患者脑脊液中氨基酸类神经递质及皮质醇的含量,探讨癫痫的发病机理。方法:抽取不同癫痫患者的脑脊液,用HPLC荧光法测定氨基酸类神经递质(谷氨酸、甘氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸);放免法测定皮质醇。结果:全面大发作患者的谷氨酸、甘氨酸含量显著高于对照组(P<005),而γ-氨基丁酸和皮质醇的含量较对照组无显著差异;复杂部分性发作患者的谷氨酸、甘氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸含量较对照组显著性增加(P<0.05)。结论:谷氨酸是诱发癫病发作的主要兴奋性神经递质,而γ-氨基丁酸有阻抑中枢神经元异常放电的作用,减缓癫痫发作。
Objective To detect the concentrations of amino acid neurotransmitters and cortisol in cerebrospinal fluid of epilepsy patients. Methods The changes of amino acid neurotransmitters levels in cerebrospinal fluid of general epilepsy and partial complex epilepsy were measured by HPLC fluorescence; and the level of cortisol measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The level of glutamate (Gin) and glycine(Gly)in general epilepsy was significantly higher than that in control(p<0.05), but the levels of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and cortisol were not significantly different. The concentration of Gin, Gly and GABA in partial complex epilepsy was obviously higher than that in control(p<0.05). Conclusion Gin is the principal excitatory neurotransmitter induced epileptic seizures, but GABA plays a role to suppress abnormal nervous discharge of central neurons, and to reduce epileptic seizures.
