摘要
建国 5 0年以来 ,我国体育师资队伍建设经历了曲折的发展过程 ,取得巨大的成绩 ,到目前 ,基本上形成了数量充足、质量合格、相对稳定的体育师资队伍。但从体育教师的培养来看 ,还存在着培养体制陈旧 ,注重数量 ,忽视质量 ;注重知识传授 ,忽视能力培养 ;注重术科教学 ,忽视学科教学 ;注重“专才教育”,忽视“通才教育”等问题 ,这不利于我国体育师资队伍整体素质的提高。因此 ,通过对 5 0年来我国体育师资队伍建设与发展的回顾 ,在分析存在问题的基础上 ,对未来体育教师培养模式提出新的设想。
Great achievement has been obtained in the construction of the teaching staff for physical education for the past 50 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, though it has experienced a tortuous process of development. Up to date, a sufficient, qualified and steady teaching staff for physical education has been basically formed. However, from the viewpoint of training PE teachers, there still exist many problems. The training system is old fashioned. More attention has been paid to the number of teachers, while less to their quality. Importance has been attached to knowledge instruction, while overlooking competency training. Stress has been laid on the technical courses, while ignoring the theoretical courses. Education of “specialists” has been taken seriously, neglecting that of “all round persons”. Those problems all do harm to the improvement of the constitutions of the whole teaching staff for PE in China. Therefore, by reviewing the construction and development of the teaching staff for PE in China in the past 50 years, on the basis of analyzing the existed problems, a new conception is raised on the future pattern of the training of PE teachers.
