摘要
109所医学院校考试现状调查表明:仅28.44％的院校对教师进行考试理论和方法的培训,26.61％的院校有考试大纲指导考试工作,50％的院校进行试题分析,上述等有关项目调查结果,部属院校优于地方院校。为此,考试必须改革,要加强对教师有关知识的培训;命题、实施要科学化;要建立大型题库等。
The survey shows that only 28. 44% of medical colleges and universities impart the training for theory and methodology of examination to their teachers; 26. 61% have their programme guiding their examination; 50% make exam paper analyses. These items investi- gated show that the current condition of exam is better in colleges and universities run by the ministry than in local ones. The examination, therefore, must be reformed. Teachers should be more trained for their relevant knowledge. Exam questions and measures should be set in a scientific way and large scale test-question bank should be constructed.
