摘要
本研究用72只新西兰家兔,观察了柴葛解肌汤(No.Ⅰ)和新加香薷饮(No.Ⅱ)两种清热方剂对家兔白细胞致热原(leucocytic pyrogen,LP)性发热效应及脑脊液cAMP含量影响的比较。结果表明:(1)两种方剂灌胃对家兔正常体温没有明显影响(P>0.05)。(2)单独注射LP引起直肠温度上升0.90±0.12℃,静注LP前一小时灌服No.Ⅰ或No.Ⅱ方剂直肠温度上升分别为0.83±0.19和0.45±0.15(△T℃),与单独注射LP组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),说明这两种方剂增有明显的解热作用。(3)静注LP后一小时检测家兔脑脊液cAMP含量为140.94±51.74pmol/ml,而No.Ⅰ+LP组脑脊液cAMP含量则为83.48±8.11pmol/ml。两者差异显著(P<0.05),表明No.Ⅰ方剂不仅抑制LP引起的发热效应,还明显降低LP引起的脑脊液的cAMP含量增高。但No.Ⅱ+LP组同时点的cAMP含量为114.48±11.93pmol/ml,与单独注射LP组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),表明No.Ⅱ方剂虽能抑制LP引起的发热效应,但不能明显降低LP引起的脑脊液的cAMP含量升高。根据这些结果,作者推论:《柴葛解肌汤》可能主要通过降低脑内cAMP含量的上升取得解热效应,而《新加香薷饮》则可能通过另外的方式而导致解热。
72 New Zealand white rabbits were used to study the effects of two heatdissipating prescriptions (i. e. No. I: Chai Ce Jie Ji Tang, No. Ⅱ: Xin Jia Xiang Ru Yin)on leucocytic pyrogen (LP) fever and cAMP concentration of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).Experimental results showed that (1) The rectal temperature of normal rabbits was notaffected by using any one of two prescriptions (No.Ⅰ, No.Ⅱ) (P>0.05). (2) Febrileresponse of LP was significantly inhibited by No.Ⅰ, No.Ⅱ, respectively. Concentrationof cAMP in CSF of LP group, 1 hour after injection of LP, was 140.94±51.74 pmol/ml, while that of the No.Ⅰ+ EP group was (83.48±8.11 pmol/ml) obviously lowerthan that of LP group (P<0.05). The cAMP concentration of No.Ⅱ+LP group wasnot much lowered than that of LP group although the febrile response of LP wasmarkedly inhibited by using No.Ⅱ prescription. It was proposed that drug in No.Ⅰinhibited the febrile respose of LP in rabbits by lowering level cAMP in CSF, but No.Ⅱwas by other ways.
