摘要
本文阐述了研制纺织工营养保健挂面的理论依据、生产工艺要点,通过产品质量比较和营养学试验评价,证明了产品配方及生产工艺是可行的.
The theoreitical basis and the key points of the development of nutritional and healthy noodles for spinners were expounded in the paper. The produt fomula as well as the process technology proved to be feasible after making the comparison of the products in quality and the evaluation of the nutrition.
