摘要
有氧耐力是指运动员在供氧充足的情况下克服疲劳的能力 ,其训练目的在于增强有机体氧气运输系统的机能。将音乐引入有氧耐力训练 ,用呼吸频率变化等生理指标 ,对实验组和对照组在其提高幅度上进行实验分析 ,证明音乐有助于有氧耐力的提高。
Aerobic stamina is a kind of ability that athletes can overcome fatigue with adequate oxygen athletes' aerobic stamina can improve the function of their organism. By introducing music to the training of one's aerobic stamina and using respirator rate as the index; we found there was a big different increasing in the stamina between the tested group and the contrasted group. It proves music can make contributions to the athletes' aerobic stamina.
