摘要
本文报导86例经病理、X线造影证实的晚期胃癌,按癌肿部位不同经动脉插管分别选择性插入腹腔动脉或胃左动脉造影、灌注抗癌药180人次,同时在插管化疗前、中、后辨证施治服用中药。经两年的追查随访,其半年生存率为84.68％,一年生存率为43.98％。总有效率91.86％。无严重并发症。本疗法是治疗晚期胃癌(包括不能手术者和手术后复发者)的一种有效疗法。
86 cases of late gastric cancer were vertified by pathological examination and X — ray contrast examination. All of them were treated with chinese drugs and chemotherapy by selective arterial catheter, the results revealed that the survival rates of 6 months and 1 year were respectively 84. 68％ and 43. 98％, a total effective rate was 91. 86％, all the patients had no severe complicating diseases.
