本文介绍了一种简便、快速、经济的红细胞胆固醇含量酶法测定法,灵敏度为ε≈1.09×10~4,回收率为100.18±1.22％,批内CV和批间CV各为1.22％和2.13％,呈色反应线性为r=0.9989,n=12,P<0.001,呈色稳定性为5h。
This paper presents a simple, rapid and economical assay for measuring the erythrocyte cholesterol level by the enzymic method. The sensitivity is ε=1.09×10, the rate of recov- ery 100.18±1.22％, the within-run and between-run CVs 1.22％ and 2.13％ respectively, the linearity of colouration is r=0.9994, p<0.001, and the colouration is stable in 5 hours.
