摘要
高职院校系辅导员应该发挥怎样的管理作用 ,笔者根据多年的工作经验 ,结合我院二级管理的实际情况 ,提出了自己的一些观点和想法 ,希望能给高职学校就学生管理方面带来一些启发。
What administrant function should the counselor in higher vocational colleges play? Based on experience of many years and integrated the instances of our college, the author bringing forward some idea of her own, hopes that which can bring experience exchange and exploring to other managers in students management in higher vocational colleges.
