摘要
电子证据是自电子技术出现及发展以后产生的一种新型证据类型。这里就其作为一种新型证明在提取、审查认定时所应注意的问题和一般性原则做了论述。以其提高电子证据的证明力 。
The electronic evidence is a new type of evidence after the occurrence and development of electronic technology.The paper describes the noticed problems and general rules when collecting and examining this new type of evidence so as to increase the confirming degree of electronic evidence,and promote the adoption and application widely with electronic evidence in judicial practice.
