摘要 目的:测定复叶耳蕨中总黄酮含量,并比较不同浓度乙醇解吸附AB-8树脂上复叶耳蕨中总黄酮的作用强弱。方法:AB-8大孔吸附树脂吸附复叶耳蕨总黄酮启用不同浓度乙醇解吸附,采用紫外分光光度法测定其黄酮含量。结果:复叶耳蕨每100 g生药中含总黄酮量为0.5357 g。5%乙醇洗脱液中含黄酮量为总黄酮的0.7905%,50%乙醇洗脱液中含黄酮量为总黄酮的65.276%,95%乙醇洗脱液中含黄酮量为总黄酮的2.689%。结论:复叶耳蕨中含有大量黄酮。以50%乙醇为流动相解吸附,分离提取基本完全。 Objective: To detect contents of total flavone extracted from arachniodes exilis and compared the desorptive effect of ethanol of different concentration on total flavone from arachniodes exilis by AB - 8 resin. Method: Total flavone was adsorbed from arachniodes exilis by bigger - hole resin and desorbed by ethanol of different concentration. Content of total flavone was measured by ultraviolet spectrometry. Results: The content of total flavone in 100 g crude arachniodes exilis was 0.5357 g. The content of flavone in 5% ethanol washing fluid made up 0. 7905% of the total flavone and 65. 276% in 50% ethanol washing fluid as well as 2.689% in 95% washing fluid. Conclusion: There is rich flavone in arachniodes exilis. 50% ethanol is the mobile phase of desorption and has a complete extraction.
