摘要
目的:研究β-环糊精包合再造浓缩丸挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:以挥发油包合率为考核指标,采用正交试验优选最佳工艺条件。结果:优选出最佳包合工艺为按每1mL挥发油用8gβ-环糊精、80mL水的比例混合,超声包合45min。结论:此工艺适合大生产。
Objective:To study optimum inclution process condition for volatile oils from zaizao nonsu wan.Methods:The process condition were studied by diterimining the inclusion ratio of volatile oils from zaizao nonsu wan.The optimum preparation conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design.Results:The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as:volatile oils-β-CD was 1∶8(mL∶g),The water was 80mL and supersonic inclution time was 45min.Conclusion:The method can be used for mass productio...
