摘要
利用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥｓ法对莲子中十余种微量元素进行同时分析，测定了Ｃａ，Ｍｇ，Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ，Ｆｅ，Ｃｏ，Ｓｒ，Ｐ等人体营养元素。回收率在９４％～１１０％之间，ＲＳＤ小于６％。
The eleven trace elements in lotus seeds have been determined bv ICP-AES in thispaper.High concentration of phosohrus is found in brain and skeleton,The mothed developedhas the advantages of high speed,large dynamic range,and low sample consumption.Therecoveries for all elements tested are in the range of 94%～110%with RSD less than 6%.
