摘要
SF_8是一弱转化成纤维细胞系,来源于同系移植的BALB/c裸鼠淋巴肉瘤的间质。本实验证明,SF_8传代细胞可被同系淋巴肉瘤细胞的DNA转染,发生进一步地恶性转化,变为强转化的成纤维细胞(SFtr)。
From our previous studies,we found that the isogeneic
transplanted lymphoma cells could induce partial transformation of stro-
mal fibroblasts of BALB/c nude mice,known as Horizontal Transforma-
tion.In this report,we further demonstrate that the partially
transformed cell line(SF_8)can be transfected by isogeneic lymphoma cell
DNA in vitro,resulted in fully transformed cells.The possibility of
multistep nature of Horizontal Transformation is discussed.
