摘要
本文对微波加强铁碳内电解装置处理活性艳蓝KN-R溶液的实验装置上的主要影响因子进行正交实验分析,实验结果表明:微波处理前,A592和CODCr去除率以及微波处理后A592去除率的影响因子的顺序是:鼓气量>循环液量/铁碳体积>循环速度>铁碳体积比,微波处理后,CODCr去除率的影响因子的顺序是:循环液量/铁碳体积>鼓气量>循环速度>铁碳体积比,并对上述因子影响的规律加以分析。
The main interfering factors in the iron-carbon inner-electrolysis instrument enforced by the microwave treatmentof active brilliant-blue KN-R solution are discussed in this article. The outcome indicates that As for the A592 and CODCr extractionrate before microwave treatment and the A592 extraction rate after microwave treatment the sequences of interfering factors are:the volume of air-blasting > circulating liquid/the volume of iron and carbon > the circling speed> the volume of iron/the volumeof carbon. After microwave treatment the sequences of interfering factors on CODCr extraction is circulating liquid/the volume ofiron and carbon > the volume of air-blasting > the circling speed> the volume of iron/the volume of carbon. The interferingregulations of above factors are also discussed.
