在-18℃~-20℃的低温条件下,对含水率在20~25%的紫菜网进行20天左右的冷藏,对清除杂藻、防治病害、增产、增收和提高紫菜成品质量有较好的效果。
At the temperature of -18℃--20℃, the nets of Porphyra yezoensis, whose water contents was 20-25%, wererefrigenated for about 20 days. This means had favorable effects on elimination of mingled algae, prevention of diseases, raising of production and improvement of quality.
