摘要
从内外过电压水平、供电可靠性、配电网的运行维护以及我国的电网结构等方面进行分析,讨论了配电网主要采用的几种接地方式及各种接地方式的优缺点和适用场所.
The problems about over-voltage level, distribution networks operation and maintenance, power supply reliability and power structure in China are analyzed. Several ground manners adopted by distribution networks are discussed. The merits and deficiencies of each grounding manner and its suitability are explored.
