自动补偿消弧装置跟踪测量问题研究

摘要 跟踪测量技术是各类自动补偿消弧装置的核心技术 ,但在实际运行中 ,存在一些易被忽略的影响跟踪准确度和测量精确度的因素。为此在模拟试验和现场运行经验的基础上 ,先讨论了跟踪电容电流准确度和灵敏度的实现方法 ,采用直观的位移电压作为跟踪的判据 ,在软件里增加了状态识别功能 ,可将系统扰动和运行方式的改变准确地区别开来 ;再分析了影响测量精确度的几个问题 ,提出了修正公式和应对措施 ,以解决接地变压器的零序阻抗、电网的阻尼率和阻尼电阻、电流互感器的二次负荷以及测量时机的选取等因素对电容电流测量的影响 ,这些方法的采取显著地提高了测量的精度 。 Track and measurement technology is the core of automatic compensation arc-suppression device,but there are some elements easily being neglected which have some affects on track accuracy and measurement precision in actual operation.Firstly,sensitivity and accuracy of tracking capacitive current are discussed.Displacement voltage is adopted as track criterion,and additional software status recognition function can distinguish operation mode transformation from system disturbance.Secondly,several problems affecting measurement precision are analyzed in detail,such as zero-sequence impedence of the grounded transformer,the damp rate and the damp resistor of system,the secondary loads of TAs,and the selection of the startup sampling time,and presents correcting formulas and countermeasures.The adoption of these methods evidently improves the measuring precision,and the experiment and operation results are satisfactory.
