摘要
从英语和汉语各自不同的语言特点和表达习惯出发,探讨了在英译汉的过程中可采用的翻译技巧,着重讨论了在英译汉教学中应该采用的各种语言转换手段。
English nation is different from Chinese nation. There exists obvious differences in their thinking mode, which influence each language in many ways. English and Chinese are of different language families. They have their own special linguistic characteristics .When English is translated into Chinese ,word-for-word translation does not always work, so some other techniques are required .This article discusses some common ways of conversions in translation.
