摘要 通过对日本大耳白兔进行不同高热时间的红细胞SOD和血清LPO的动态观察发现:高热初期(体温<39℃)。SOD活力轻度增高,受热3h时(体温>39℃),SOD活力开始下降并低于高热前的水平,但可能由于缺氧状况的存在限制了O_2^-的生成,LPO在此高热阶段无明显变化;高热恢复期(高热2h+25℃3h延期活杀)环境与自身温度发生了急剧变化,SOD酶蛋白变性,活力明显下降,而体温的骤变引起代谢紊乱和酸中毒使O_2^-大量生成,加快了体内堆积的速度,造成LPO活力大幅度上升。 The RBC—SOD and serum—LPO of rabbits in different penods of hyperthermy were observed. The RBC—SOD rose slowly during thd initial stage of hyperthermy (body Temp. <39℃), But when it was heat treated 3h (body Temp >39℃), the SOD vitality started declining until it was lower than before hyperthermy. There was marked significance compared with heat treatment 1—and 2—h groups (P<0.01). but when the formation of O_2^- was limited becouse of the the anoxic condition, the LPO was not different in the hyperthermy stage. However, it deserves attention that in the convalesconce of hyperthermy (heat treated 2h+25℃ 3h postponable sentisection), the SOD zymoprotein was decomposed by cataclysm of the environment and body Temp., its vitality was rapidly reduced, and becouse of the metabolic disorder and acidosis condition, it increased for mation of the O_2^- and quickened its accumulation in the body, and the LPO rose very significantly in comparios with other LPO groups (P<0.01).
