摘要
支持IEC61970系列标准是新一代能量管理系统EMS(EnergyManagementSystem)的重要特征之一。简介了IEC61970标准及国内外研究现状,初步研究了标准中的组件接口规范CIS(Com鄄ponentInterfaceSpecification)、组件技术和因特网通信引擎Ice(Internetcommunicationsengine)的特点,阐述了组件接口规范中最基本的数据访问设施DAF(DataAccessFacility)的实现。针对相应的接口实现进行的测试结果表明,虽然由于历史原因,Ice的CIS实现不如公共对象请求代理结构CORBA(CommonObjectRequestBrokerArchitecture)产品的实现运行效率高。但是,通过与其他中间件技术的比较,Ice仍具有技术先进、功能丰富的优点,对构建分布式系统可满足实际需求。
Supporting IEC 61970 is one of the key features of new generation EMS (Energy Manage-ment System). IEC 61970 standard and its status quo is introduced briefly. The characteristics of CIS(Component Interface Specification) and Ice(Internet communication engine) are researched. The realization of DAF(Data Access Facility),which is a basic part of CIS is expounded. The test results about interface implementation show that it is not as efficiency as a certain CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) implementation for some history reasons,but,compared with other middle wares,Ice possesses superiorities of advanced technique and abundant functions and meets the requirements of distributed system establishment.
