摘要
文中介绍了价格指数的概念及编制,对在工程施工中因物价因素引起的价格调整计算时,如何确定可调因子现行价格指数、基本价格指数作了详细的阐述,为工程施工期工程造价动态管理提供了一种可靠的计算办法。
In this paper,the concept and compilation of price index are introduced.During the calculation procedure of price abjustment caused by the fluctuation factors of price,the method to determine present price index of adjustable factors and basic price index is put forward concretely.The argument in this paper provides a reliable compute method for cost dynamic management of a project in construction period.
