摘要
在我国进入全面建设小康社会、加速推进现代化的新阶段 ,必须进一步发展和不断扩大教育的规模和提高教育的质量 ,但中心是全面推进素质教育 ,培养更多的高素质人才 ,以适应社会进步的需要。
During the new stage of building a comfortable society in an all-round way and advancing modcrnization in our country, we must further develop and enlarge educational scale and improve educational quality. In order to keep abreast of the social advancement, we should advance quality education all-sidedly and train more talents with high qualit.
