摘要 综述了高速逆流色谱在食品色素制备中的应用情况,包括溶剂选择、色素种类等。 This paper reviews recent development and application of high speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) in the separations on the pigments, concluding the solvent systems and the species of pigments.
