摘要
本文从素质教育内容上、从思想政治教育工作职能方面阐述了思想政治教育在全面推进素质教育中的地位和作用；从深化“两课”教学改革、大学生社会公德教育、加强和丰富校园文化建设、抓好学生党员发展工作等方面论述了思想政治教育的实施途径。
The author elaborates the statuses and functions of ideological end political education in extending quality education, in aspects of the contents of quality education and the functions of ideological and political education, and also expounds the enforcement methods of ideological and political education.
