摘要 目的 :探讨胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡与急性胰腺炎 (acutepancreatitis ,AP)严重度的关系 ,进一步研究AP的发病机制。方法 :2 4只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、APⅠ组和APⅡ组。采用胰胆管共同通道内逆行注射不同浓度的脱氧胆酸钠制备不同重症程度的AP模型。应用TUNEL技术 ,分析AP时胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡情况。结果 :AP时 ,腺泡细胞死亡包括坏死和凋亡两种形式 ;病变程度轻的APⅠ组大鼠腺泡细胞凋亡指数比病变程度重的APⅡ组高 (6 36± 2 4 1VS 2 34± 1 15 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :AP时 ,腺泡细胞死亡包括坏死和凋亡两种形式 ;在急性期 ,腺泡细胞凋亡与AP病情严重程度呈负相关 。 Objective: To study the relationship between the pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis and severity of acute panreatitis in rats. Methods: The acute pancreatitis models with different severities of SD rat were established by retrograde injection of sodium deoxycholate with different concentration into the common bile-pancreatic duct. Rats (n=24) were divided at random into 3 groups: acute pancreatitis Ⅰ(APⅠ) group (0 75% dose group), acute pancreatitis Ⅱ (APⅡ) group (1.5% group) and control group (without the injection). The apoptosis of acinar cell in acute pancreatitis is detected by TUNEL method. Results: The apoptosis index in APⅠgroup is higher than that in APⅡ group (6 36±2 41 VS 2 34±1 15 in 6 h,P<0 05). Conclusions: Apoptosis and necrosis were two forms of cell death of pancreatic acinar cells in rats with acute pancreatitis. The degree of apoptosis is inversely related to the severity of acute pancreatitis suggests that apoptosis may be a teleologically beneficial response to acinar cell injury in general and especially in acute pancreatitis.
