摘要 胰腺外分泌功能检查是从生理角度研究和诊断胰腺疾病的方法,可分为直接胰腺外分泌功能试验和间接胰腺外分泌功能试验.目前有多种胰腺外分泌功能检查的方法应用于临床.临床医生需要选择合适的检查手段来诊断慢性胰腺炎及其他胰腺疾病,判断胰腺功能不全的程度及判断预后.在重度慢性胰腺炎中,几乎所有的胰腺分泌功能检测都是准确的,而在轻、中度慢性胰腺炎诊断中,多数间接胰腺功能检查的平均敏感性低于50%,并且这些检查多数都需要多重步骤,包括水解、吸收、新陈代谢和呼出,在许多情况下都可能出现假阳性.因此目前对于轻中度慢性胰腺炎诊断,传统的直接胰腺功能检测仍然是最实用的高敏感性试验.
