摘要
数据包络分析(DEA)作为一种非参数系统评价方法,能有效处理多输入、多输出指标的决策单元评价问题,通过建立多个时间窗口,解决现实中具有时序特征的动态综合评价问题,具有广泛的现实意义和重要的应用价值。
DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) is a non-parametric technique that measures the efficiency of DMUs (Decision Making Units) with multiple inputs and multiple outputs. By constructing multiple time windows,we can deal with dynamic comprehensive evaluation of the performance of DMU with time-serial data. It is of great realistic significance and has important applications in real world circumstance.
