摘要
用薄层层析法初步筛选16株曲霉在5种培养基上产生杂色曲霉素(ST)的能力后,选定14株比较它们在玉米豆粉固体培养基上的ST产量。高压液相色谱测定发现,经28℃一个月静置培养后,ST最高产量达1.16g/kg,比国内文献报道产量高4~23倍。高产菌株已用于大量制备ST。
Fourteen strains of Aspergillus versicolor and 2 strains of Aspergillus
nidulans were screened for their sterigmatocystin-producing ability on 5
different complex substrates by TLC and HPLC. Fourteen of them can
produce sterigmatocystin(ST)on all the substrates, while 1 from each
group was negative.The highest yield was found on a corn-soybean mixed
solid medium by a strain named AVi.After 30 days stationary incu-
bation at 28℃,AV1 produced ST at a level of 1160.8μg/g.This is 4 to
23 times higher than those reported in China.
