摘要
采用 8个 TGS系列的气敏传感器阵列和神经网络学习算法 ,开发了一种基于生物嗅觉的仿生鼻系统 ,并应用于 3种不同品牌的白酒和 1种假酒的识别试验。试验表明 ,开发的仿生鼻系统可以快速、准确地实现白酒种类和真假的识别 ,为白酒生产和酒类市场管理提供了一种操作简单、使用方便的识别仪器。
Using 8 TGS gas sensors array and the neural network learning algorithm, a bionic nose based on biological olfaction has been developed. The new bionic nose was tested to distinguish from 3 kinds of brand distilled spirits, further more, to identify a kind of fake wine- alcohol mixed with water. The test and application showed that the bionic nose could used to identify the true or false distilled spirits and to evaluate alcohol grade for the distilled spirits production and market management.
