摘要
本文对模拟电路故障诊断理论和方法进行综述。文中介绍了模拟电路故障诊断的基本概念,发展简况,各种方法、分类及特点。指出并讨论了一些重要的研究方向,提出了学科今后发展的总体建议。注意吸收最新的研究成果,努力反映学科的发展动向,力争阐明作者对学科的看法和认识,并给出相应的见解。
Theories and approaches of analog circuit fault diagnosis are reviewed. Its fundamental concepts, historical development, methods used and classifications and features are introduced. Important research fields are discussed and global proposals are offered for the further development of analog fault diagnosis.
