摘要
目的 评价重组人干扰素α 2b喷雾剂 (远策素 )预防常见呼吸道病毒感染的效果。方法 采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照方法 ,在新兵和军校学员中进行实验研究。用药组共 4 0 2人 ,对照组 4 0 2人。结果 用药组应用干扰素后副流感病毒 1、2、3型、A型流感病毒、B型流感病毒、腺病毒 3、7型和呼吸道合胞病毒IgM抗体阳性率均低于对照组。其中新兵用药组和对照组PIV1.2 .3血清抗体阳性率分别为 4 .5 %和 16 .4 % ,FluB分别为 3.6 %和 13.6 % ,ADV分别为 17.3%和 31.8% ,两组 3种病毒感染率差异均有显著性 (P =0 .0 0 4 ,0 .0 0 7,0 .0 12 )。学员用药组和对照组PIV1.2 .3IgM抗体阳性率分别为4 .7%和 11.9% ,FluB两组抗体阳性率分别为 6 .7%和 14 .9% ,差异均有显著性 (P =0 .0 0 7,0 .0 0 3)。本药物对新兵和学员 5种呼吸道病毒的平均保护率由大到小依次为PIV1.2 .3(6 5 .2 % )、FluB(5 9.6 % )、RSV(4 2 .1% )、ADV(38.6 % )和FluA(36 .5 % ) ,平均 5 0 .7%。结论 重组人干扰素α
Objective To study the preventive role of recombinant human interferon α-2b for spray against common respiratory viruses infections. Methods A randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind field trial study was conducted in recruits and military college students. There were 402 in experimental group and 402 in control group. Results After using interferon, all five sorts of respiratory viruses (parainfluenza virus, PIV1.2.3; influenza A, Flu A; influenza B, Flu B; adenovirus, ADV3.7 and respiratory syncytial virus, RSV) in experimental group had lower IgM antibody positive rates than those in the control group. In recruits, the antibody positive rates of PIV1.2.3, Flu B and ADV in experimental group were 4.5%, 3.6% and 17.3%, respectively, and control group were 16.4%, 13.6% and 31.8%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05). In military college students, the antibody positive rates of PIV1.2.3 and Flu B in experimental group were 4.7%, 6.7%, and control group were 11.9%, 14.9%. Significant differences between the two groups were found too ( P<0.05). Protective efficacy of interferon to five sorts of respiratory viruses were different, from high to low, were PIV1.2.3 ( 65.2%), Flu B ( 59.6%), RSV ( 42.1%), ADV ( 38.6%) and Flu A ( 36.5%). The average protective rate was 50.7%. Conclusions Recombinant human interferon α-2b for spray could decrease the rates of common respiratory viruses infection in the population.
