摘要
以胰岛素或其B链肽 (9 23)免疫 4周龄NOD小鼠,可下调胰腺干扰素γ、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF) α、TNF受体 1 (TNFR1 )、CPP32mRNA表达,下调胰岛细胞及浸润的炎症细胞TNF α、TNFR1、CPP32蛋白表达,减轻胰岛炎程度,降低糖尿病发病率。
Four week old NOD mice were immunized by insulin or its B chain peptide (9 23). This procedure down regulated the expression of interferon γ, turmor necrosis factor (TNF) α, TNF receptor 1 (TNFR1) and CPP32 mRNA in pancreas, down regulated the expression of TNF α, TNFR1 and CPP32 proteins in islets and inflammatory cells, attenuated the degree of insulitis and decreased the diabetic incidence.
